Jeff Loucks has successfully completed the requirements established by the National Association of Home Builders for CAPS designation. This CAPS degree stands for Certified Aging in Place Specialist and involved classes through the NAHB Univeristy of Housing. J. L. Construction, Inc. can help you with aging in place or handicap accessible new home building or remodeling with certified and up to date ideas and plans.

Jeff has also received his Certified Graduate Builder certification through the National Home Builders Association after completing designated classes in this field. He is currently working toward his Certified Graduate Remodeler cerification and hopes to complete this in 2008.

Jeff is active in the Elkhart County Builder's Association serving as second vice president and on the executive board of directors. He is also serving as a director for the Indiana Builder's Association. He is currently serving as one of the charimen on Habitat of Humanity houses that are being built in the summer of 2008.
